Introduction
About me
When I was a child growing up in Sapporo, Japan, I always dreamed about the world outside of Japan. Driven by my childhood aspiration to connect with people worldwide, I left my homeland and went to school in New York to study English.
After completing my English program in Albany, New York, I went back to Japan and worked in Tokyo at an international financial firm where I first learned about computer systems. The company sent me to their Singapore office for further computer training, after which I returned to Tokyo and introduced the computer system and trained my team on how to use it.
Since moving to the San Francisco Bay area, I’ve supported opening and operating a small design firm and also managed an eCommerce company. Because of my business background, I was interested in growing my skills to implement digital technologies that can support small businesses. I decided to enroll in a digital marketing certification program at Cornell University, which I completed in March 2021.
Leveraging my 30 years of business experience in the international environment, I empower small business owners to revive outdated business strategies, find their strengths and weaknesses, and help them perform efficiently.
